One dashboard for your household's mutual funds and SIFs.
Portfolio Tracker brings every family member's mutual fund and Specialized Investment Fund (SIF) holdings into one place, then computes real returns, true allocation and capital gains tax, so Indian investors can see where they actually stand.

The problem
Most portfolio apps show one person's funds, round off cash-flow dates and group everything into generic buckets. Households with several people, folios and fund types, including the newer SIFs, have no single view of combined wealth.
What it does today
Everything in this section is live in the app.
Household holdings
Mutual funds and SIFs across family members in a single view, filterable by asset type and category.
XIRR returns
Cash-flow based returns for open positions and for lifetime history including redemptions, so uneven SIP and lump-sum dates are handled correctly.
Look-through allocation
See market-cap and sector exposure of the underlying portfolios, not just fund names, and spot overlap between funds.
FIFO gains and tax lots
First-in-first-out lot matching with short-term and long-term classification for Indian equity capital gains, lot by lot.
Net worth snapshots
Track net worth over time, including EPF and gratuity alongside funds.
Exit review
For every fund you have sold, see what happened afterwards: what the units would be worth if you had held, the gain or loss from exiting, and where the proceeds were reinvested.
NAV freshness
Daily NAV refresh from AMFI data with indicators that show when a valuation is stale.
Market Radar
A macro valuation engine: equity yield gap versus the 10-year G-Sec, P/E, P/B, India VIX, FII/DII flows, USD/INR and more, combined into a 0 to 100 composite score, with AMC fund-manager commentary and a monthly deployment optimizer.
What's next
The next phase of the product. These are in development and not yet shipped.
AMC factsheet extraction
Use Claude to read 50+ monthly AMC factsheet PDFs and pull fund-manager commentary, cash levels and sector calls into Market Radar's structured signal pipeline, with citations back to the source.
Digital CFO briefings
Plain-English summaries of household allocation, rebalancing drift and upcoming tax, written from the app's computed numbers.
Ask your portfolio
Questions answered by Claude and grounded in the exact computed figures (tax lots, XIRR, exposures), so answers stay tied to the numbers.
Built with
Next.js and Supabase, deployed on Vercel. Data comes from AMFI NAVs and public fund disclosures. The app uses Google sign-in; access is currently limited to a small set of accounts while the product is in early development.
About
Portfolio Tracker is built by Rohan Agarwal, an independent developer in Bengaluru. It started in August 2026 to track his own family's investments and he uses it almost every day. The plan is to keep improving it and release it to other Indian households.
